Caribbean Senses is the Surinamese specialty restaurant of hostess and chef Olivia, right in the heart of Bussum. Here you don't order from a menu: Olivia comes to your table, asks about your preferences and dietary needs, and puts together a surprising five- to six-course tasting on the spot — from moksi meti to pom with coconut and yard-long beans. She cooks with passion using traditional recipes and makes sure you feel welcome from the very first moment, as if you're sitting at her own dining table.
